    预制拼装综合管廊承插式接头抗剪性能研究

    Study on Shear Properties of Bell and Spigot Joint of Precast Utility Tunnels

    • 摘要: 地下综合管廊承插式接头抗剪性能直接影响管廊整体结构的安全运营,为研究预制拼装综合管廊承插式接头剪切变形规律,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了预制拼装综合管廊承插式接头顺剪与逆剪数值模型,得到接头顺剪与逆剪的极限荷载和极限错台量,并进一步分析接头顺剪与逆剪的抗剪刚度,最后分析了轴力对接头抗剪性能的影响.研究表明:不同剪切工况下承插式接头变形规律与破坏类型均不同,顺剪工况下接头变形分为4个阶段,接头为延性破坏;逆剪工况下承插式接头变形分为3个阶段,接头呈脆性破坏,增大轴力可以提高承插式接头的极限剪切承载力.研究结果为地下综合管廊设计与安全运营提供科学依据.

       

      Abstract: The bell and spigot joint shear behavior directly affect the safe operation of underground utility tunnels.In order to study the bell and spigot joint deformation with shear loading,numerical model of bell and spigot joint shear and inverse shear were established by ABAQUS finite element software,the joint shear and inverse shear limit load and limit displacement were obtained,and the joint shear stiffness were further analyzed,finally,the influence of axial force on joint shear deformation was analyzed.The results show that the bell and spigot joints deformation law and failure are different under different shear conditions,the joint deformation can be divided into four stages under the shear condition,and joint is ductile failure;but the joint under inverse shear condition can be divided into three stages,and the joint is brittle failure,the joint ultimate shear bearing capacity can be improved by increasing the axial force.The research results provide scientific basis for the design and safe operation of underground utility tunnels.
