    TBM隧道掘进地质感知与岩-机数字孪生:方法、现状与数智化发展方向

    Geological Perception and Digital Twin of Rock and Machine for TBM Tunnelling:Methods,Research Status,Digital and Intelligent Development Direction

    • 摘要: 隧道工程数字化与智能化是未来的发展方向,为实现Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) 隧道数智化安全施工与灾害防控,基于地质智能感知技术与数字孪生理论,提出了TBM隧道掘进岩-机数字孪生框架.首先,基于地质智能感知技术及前期工作,综述了岩性、不良地质、岩体特征的智能识别与超前地质预报方法,可为隧道数字孪生提供数据与模型基础;其次,提出了TBM隧道掘进岩-机数字孪生五维模型,从“岩-机物理实体、孪生数据库、岩-机虚拟模型、应用服务、连接层”5方面提出了孪生系统框架;再次,搭建了TBM施工岩-机数字孪生掘进平台,通过案例分析的形式,展示了TBM岩-机物理实体在虚拟空间映射和虚实互馈;最后,以实现TBM隧道施工全过程数智化“感知、可视、分析、决策”为目标,利用数字孪生、5G、AI、云计算等技术和手段,展望了TBM隧道数智化的发展方向.此外以数字孪生为核心的地质感知与灾害防控数智化模式还可推广应用至钻爆法施工隧道.

       

      Abstract: Digitization and intelligence are the future development directions of tunnel engineering.To achieve digital safety construction,and disaster prevention and control of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) tunnels,we proposed a digital twin framework for TBM tunnel excavation based on intelligent geological perception technology and digital twin theory.First,based on intelligent geological perception technology and the authors’ previous work,this paper summarizes the intelligent identification and advanced geological prediction methods for lithology,adverse geology,and rock mass characteristics,which provide data and model basis for tunnel digital twinning.Second,a five-dimensional digital twin model for TBM tunnel excavation was proposed,and a twin system framework was established from five aspects: physical entities of the rock and the machine,twin databases,virtual models of the rock and the machine,application services,and connection layers.Third,a TBM construction rock-machine digital twin platform was built.Through case analysis,the platform can demonstrate the mapping and virtual-real feedback of the rock and machine of TBM tunnels in virtual space.Finally,to achieve “perceivable,visible,analytical and decision-making” for whole process of TBM tunnel construction,we discussed the development direction of digital and intelligent TBM tunnels with the help of digital twins,5G,AI,cloud computing and other techniques.In addition,the intelligent model of geological perception and disaster prevention and control with the digital twin as the core can also be applied to the construction of drilling and blasting tunnels.
