    盐渍土环境下陶瓷再生梯度混凝土加速锈蚀试验

    Accelerated Corrosion Test of Ceramic Recycled Gradient Concrete in Saline Soil Environment

    • 摘要: 针对钢筋再生混凝土结构在西部盐渍土地区易产生钢筋锈蚀导致再生混凝土开裂的问题,提出了一种陶瓷再生梯度混凝土.采用恒电流加速法对埋置于盐湖土壤中的试件进行通电,当试件开裂后测定钢筋的极化曲线,利用电镜扫描(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(XPS)分析钢筋的锈蚀产物,计算各组锈蚀产物的质量分数,并利用Eighted-Averaging法推算试件开裂时锈蚀物的体积膨胀率.研究结果表明:N-60组陶瓷再生梯度混凝土抵抗锈蚀膨胀力的能力最佳;钢筋锈蚀产物的主要成分为Fe3O4、FeOOH、Fe2O3,与自然条件下钢筋的产物一致,且产物中Fe2O3的含量最高;基于各组锈蚀后钢筋的极化曲线和锈蚀膨胀率可以推断:在盐渍土环境下,钢筋通电加速锈蚀可以模拟自然环境下的锈蚀状况,且具有较好的适用性.

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that steel bar corrosion easily causes cracking of recycled concrete in saline soil area of western China,a kind of ceramic recycled gradient concrete is proposed.The polarization curves of steel bars were measured after cracking.The corrosion products of steel bars were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy spectrometry (XPS).The mass fraction of corrosion products was calculated.The volume expansion rate of corrosion products was calculated by Eighted-Averaging method.The results show that N-60 group ceramic regenerated gradient concrete has the best resistance to corrosion and expansion.The main components of steel corrosion products are Fe3O4,FeOOH and Fe2O3,which are consistent with the products under natural conditions,and the content of Fe2O3 in the products is the highest.Based on the polarization curves and corrosion expansion rate of steel bars after corrosion,it can be inferred that in saline soil environment,the corrosion products are mainly composed of Fe3O4,FeOOH and Fe2O3.The electric accelerated corrosion steel bar can simulate the corrosion condition in natural environment,and has good applicability.
