Abstract:
The prefabricated utility tunnel has high construction quality, short construction period and green environmental protection, but its joints often lead to weak integrity. In additional, its dynamic response under earthquake action is different from the cast-in-place utility tunnel. At present, the damage mechanism and response law of prestressed prefabricated utility tunnel under earthquake are not fully understood, especially the lack of research on utility tunnel joints in non-uniform site soils. Therefore, based on the background of a prefabricated utility tunnel project, the seismic response law of prestressed prefabricated utility tunnel was studied by using shaking table model test and numerical analysis, especially seismic performance of prestressed prefabricated utility tunnel under strong earthquakes in different site soils. The results show that when the seismic wave is small, the seismic response of the utility tunnel is mainly influenced by the surrounding soil, with peak acceleration increasing as the burial depth decreases.Under the action of 0.6g earthquake intensity, the utility tunnel in uniform site showed good seismic performance without plastic damage. However, the deformation of the utility tunnel in non-uniform soil is larger, and stress concentration occurs at the joints, with an opening of 10.88mm,exceeding the specified limit of 2mm.The research results can provide reference for the seismic performance analysis of prestressed prefabricated utility tunnel.
